Your endoscope is photographed on arrival and recorded in our IT system  with your observations.

Then, a technician inspects your device against 82 control points to get an idea of the state of the product and identify any malfunction.

Step 02

_____

VALIDATING THE REPORT

You receive a comprehensive quality report by email with a form detailing each part of your endoscope, photographs of the different malfunctions and a quote for repairs.

These documents give a detailed picture of the overall condition of your endoscope: wear and tear, and any faulty parts which need replacing immediately.

Step 03
_____

REPAIRING AND RESTORING

The device is then sent to another expert who checks the repair work done and conducts quality control. Your device is subject to meticulous controlling, similar to the procedure on its arrival in our workshop. The criteria are identical to those determining quality control of a new endoscope before it is sent to market. The results of these tests are recorded and archived, thereby offering an exhaustive record of any works carried out on your endoscope.

Step 05
_____

DISINFECTING AND BACTERIOLOGICAL CONTROLLING

Your endoscope is then sent to our biologist to conduct bacteriological testing. The endoscope is put in a sterile field within the case in the meantime: provisional microbiological results within 48h and definitive results in 5 days.

Step 06
_____

RETURNING THE EQUIPMENT

The device is returned to you sound and in perfect condition, ensuring completely safe examinations to everyone’s delight. You receive a Europe Endoscope quality certificate as well as the bacteriological control report and the photographs of the endoscope. All devices are controlled according to the rigorous quality requirements of ISO standard 13485.

Each device is inspected by 3 different technicians: on arrival, during repairs, and quality control, to ensure the best-quality work.

Step 07
_____
